For cost-effectiveness, most of the development, integration and initial testing/QA work is carried out offshore, to insure minimal overhead in the US. Regarding our offshore resources, we bring key lead-programmers onsite as needed, per clients’ request. The final delivery and customer support is offered locally in San Diego.
