Solution: Implemented Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. Built custom product objects (Dock, Lift, Accessories) with tailored related lists and forecasting by product, region, and quarter. Integrated Google Maps for 14 service zones and Google Photos for site documentation.
